M-LIDS is a two-vehicle set: one M-ATV carries electronic warfare and sensors, the other the RIwP turret with the XM914 30 mm gun, which fires proximity airburst rounds such as XM1211 against small drones. The Army made it a programme of record in March 2022. It deployed to protect the Gaza floating pier in May 2024, but no confirmed drone kill by the system is on the public record, and no official gun range or rate of fire is published.
