Radar-cued 35 mm revolver guns fire programmable airburst rounds that put a cloud of tungsten pellets in front of drones and cruise missiles.
$4,000 Per engagement (one target), 'just over $4,000' as reported by the Kyiv Independent without a named primary source; what the figure covers is not stated. Germany paid about EUR 182 million for two batteries for Ukraine (four guns, control node and radar each).

A Skynex battery links four 35 mm Revolver Gun Mk3s, a CN-1 control node and an X-TAR3D radar. Rheinmetall rates the gun at 1,000 rounds per minute and an effective combat range of up to 4,000 m with AHEAD airburst ammunition; Armada International gives up to 5,000 m, likely the maximum rather than effective range. The per-engagement cost and the Shahed kills in Ukraine come from press and Ukrainian officials, not from audited figures.
