Developers keep the engagement range classified; the 1.5 km figure is RBC-Ukraine's estimate of the M2's effective range against air targets, and rate_of_fire_rpm is the generic M2 cyclic rate, not a turret spec. United24 reported a unit cost of about 150,000 USD and four Shaheds downed by a prototype by May 2025. The developer has not been named; the company Carmine Sky deploys Sky Sentinel turrets on towers and claims 85 percent effectiveness.
