Ukrainian intelligence (GUR) catalogues the Lancet as Izdeliye-51 with a 5 kg warhead, 80 km/h speed and 40 min flight time, while ZALA-derived figures cite 3 kg and 80 to 110 km/h; Izdeliye-52 and -53 are later variants (Product 53 adds a four-tube pneumatic launcher) with no separate public specs found. Cruise speed is the top of the 80 to 110 km/h band and 300 km/h is the terminal dive speed. GUR names CST LLC as main manufacturer and designer, a ZALA-linked entity.
