GUR lists 18 kg as maximum take-off weight; Kyiv Post cites about 10 kg for the basic decoy and 300 km range without a warhead, against GUR's 600 km. The decoy role carries no warhead, but strike variants carry up to about 5 kg (Kyiv Post) and ISIS reports some models with roughly 10 kg.
