Fire Point FP-1

FP-1 Deep Strike, FP-1/FP-2

Cheap, mass-produced propeller drone that flies a pre-planned route to strike refineries, depots and airfields deep inside Russia.

$55,000 AP-reported unit price of $55,000 (Aug 2025); Fire Point CEO gave $55,000 to $75,000 to The Guardian (Jul 2026). Maker figures, not audited contract prices.

Warhead60 kg
Cruise speed140 to 180 km/h
Top speed205 km/h
Max range3,400 km
PropulsionTwo-cylinder piston engine driving a propeller; rocket booster for launch
GuidanceInertial navigation with satellite navigation and anti-jamming measures (as reported by Defense Express); manufacturer says it strikes day and night under active electronic warfare
LauncherRocket-boosted launch from a fixed ramp or a truck-mounted launcher; ready in 18 minutes per the manufacturer

All performance figures are manufacturer claims: Fire Point lists 205 km/h maximum, 140 to 180 km/h cruise, 6 m span, 330 kg maximum takeoff weight, and for the FP-1 Deep Strike a payload of up to 60 kg, a range of up to 3,400 km and up to 20 hours of flight. Earlier figures were lower: the May 2025 display stand gave up to 1,600 km and up to 120 kg, AP reported a 60 kg warhead, and Forbes (via Defender Media) cited 113 kg. The Guardian quotes the CEO as saying the drone reaches more than 1,000 miles; heavier payloads cut range. Ukrainian Wikipedia lists a 2.5 m span, which conflicts with the manufacturer's 6 m.
