Public data is thin: the developer, hardware form, range and power are undisclosed. Zaluzhnyi named it in his November 2023 essay as a nationwide system that can spoof and suppress satellite navigation, and the Air Force spokesman confirmed it was operating in February 2024. Le Monde, via The Defense Post, reported 95 Shaheds diverted by spoofing in November 2024, 43 of them into Belarus.
